Boston
Transport - Boston city has a good transportation
system and loads of ways to get to museums, galleries,
shopping, pubs, or whereever else you want to go.
The public transport system is the best way to get
around Boston and it is very easy to manage. The public
transport system is run by MBTA and there are thirteen
rail systems, five boat routes, four subway lines
and almost 200 bus routes covering the city and general
area.
Fares are very reasonable and the great bet is the
Visitor Pass. This gives you unlimited travel on the
Boston Inner Harbour Ferry,
The Subway and the local bus routes. This Pass can
be bought at all MBTA stations. A one day pass is
less than $10, a three day pass is about $20 and if
you are going to use public transport these passes
are very convenient.
